Most frequent questions and answers
As far in advance as possible, especially for weekends! (Ex. Busy weekends book up a month+ in advance!) Winery availability becomes limited the closer you get to your preferred date!
We do not take “Day Of” Tours. Tours must be booked 24hrs prior to the desired date.
Guests book their tour directly through our website! Simply choose the Tour you would like to book, select the options you like within the package, add to your cart, and checkout!
Only with our Custom Tours do guests get to choose the venues they visit (this takes place post-booking). We send our Custom & Private Winery List in our Booking Follow Up email.
All other Tour Packages are pre-selected venues chosen by our 830 Elevated Team.
Yes! We pick guests up at their preferred address. We ask that all locations stay within 10 minutes of Main Street. Upon request & 830-Confirmation, we will pickup at BnB’s outside of City Limits. (Travel Fees May Apply).
All of our Tours offer multiple pickup time slots for guests to choose from. Our earliest pickup is 10:00-10:30AM and our latest pickup is 1:00-1:30PM. (Custom Tour Only).
